Your first session with FITorQuit will begin with assessing your current health status through physical measurements/testing and a survey of your current exercising and eating habits. Once this is determined, FITorQuit will design specifically tailored programs to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals. At FITorQuit we make workout sessions fun and fresh by designing different programs each time you train with us. A variety of tactics are utilized, including but not limited to * Weightlifting (free weights and machines) * Aerobics/cardio * Stretching/Plyometrics * Nutrional consultation and advice * Motivational coaching and empowerment In addition to the workout sessions, FITorQuit will require you to keep a food journal for at least the first three weeks to assess the effects of your diet on your health. |
