Training with Leticia has been a life changing experience. I came to Leticia wearing a size 10 and now I wear a size 2.
When I first starting training with her, I did not have a very high body image and definitely did not have discipline when it came to
my eating habits and working out. The first 2 weeks were hard, but after that, I started noticing immediate results. I realized that
eating what I wanted when I wanted to was not nearly as satisfying as how healthy I was starting to feel and how much better

I am very fortunate to have found a personal trainer who is passionate and dedicated to her career and thus my personal fitness goals. Leticia exudes this through her professionalism and determination to provide the best training programs possible.
